Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscriptions
Knownbase paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until it ends, and cancelling during the trial costs nothing. After the trial, plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each billing period through Paddle, our merchant of record, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing section in the app.
2. Cancellation
When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again. After the period ends your workspace reverts to the Free plan and existing data stays readable within Free-plan limits.
3. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund that payment in full, no questions asked. Because a Free plan lets you evaluate the Service before paying, this guarantee covers your most recent billing period; requests outside the 30-day window are still reviewed in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to request
Email hello@knownbase.dev from your account email with your workspace name and the charge in question. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.
