Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Knownbase (the “Service”), operated by ZSTECHLABS, trading as “ZS Tech Labs” (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to breach workspace isolation, disrupt other customers, reverse engineer the Service, or store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans include a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost. After the trial, plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders: Paddle handles payment collection, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Plan limits are described on our pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing section of the app; for product support or refund requests, contact us directly at hello@knownbase.dev; see our Refund Policy.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the notes and data you store. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZSTECHLABS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.
